Dr Bowser and his staff have been treating my son due to an injury and my daughter for sports maintenance. His staff is extremely professional and helpful. Dr. B is by far the most knowledgeable in his field and goes above and beyond to educate his patients on the importance of a healthy lifestyle as a whole. He is fantastic with kids of all ages!!! I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need! We won't go anywhere else!

Dr Bret Bowser is an exceptional doctor. He is very knowledgeable and highly intelligent. He does an excellent job explaining while adjusting problem areas in your body. He is extremely open and approachable and has a very easy and open personality that will give you the sense that you are in very good hands.

I went to Dr Bowser with my daughter who plays club volleyball. He and his staff were very attentive and focused on whole health. He gave us advice on pre and post play, nutrition, stretching, strengthening, etc.
I would definitely recommend him for youth sports players.

Dr.Bowser is amazing! The doctor I originally saw after my accident didn’t help at all. I found north bay spine and rehab and finally got the relief I had been praying for. He and Becca are extremely professional, caring and kind. The office has a wonderful atmosphere along with receiving the proper attention to your needs and never being rushed along and out. Flexible scheduling, kindness, professionalism and proper attention to the problem area is what makes this office stand above and beyond any other. I’d recommend them to anyone needing back and neck relief.

Dr. Bowser has the most friendly personality. I have seen many chiropractors and he is by far the most gentle with his adjustments. He is very thorough and actually listens to his patients and their complaints. I would recommend him to anybody.

Before coming to see Dr. Bowser, I went to another Chiropractor for several years that never did any adjustments on my low back or neck. Visiting Dr. Bowser I was able to get Chiropractic treatments and Physical Therapy(One Stop Shop). I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Doctor Brett is awesome. I hurt my back playing hockey and kept getting pains in my hip and upper leg. He diagnosed my injury on the first visit and we confirmed it with an mri -he was 100% accurate! After a couple weeks of treatment and dietary changes I was back playing without any lingering symptoms. I continue to go back once or twice per month because it makes me feel great.
